ADK Return Policy



System Refunds
All systems have a 30 day money back guarantee. If you are not happy with your system you may return it at any point within 30 days of receipt for a refund minus 15% restock fee, shipping, and opened or custom software (This includes Windows. Once it is installed, it belongs to the customer). The customer is responsible for return shipping. There are no exceptions to this including shipping damage. ADK reserves the right to hold the refund on non-stock and special order items until we are able to sell these items. In situations where the subsystem platform has just changed (ex: CPU socket or series) the restock fee will be increased to 25% in addition to previously mentioned non-refundable items. All returns must be in new condition or else additional charges may apply.

Software
Opened software is non-refundable. If we are building a system and begin installation of purchased software, it is not refundable. Custom order software is non-refundable. Digital licenses or downloaded licenses (Waves, Adobe, some upgrades) are non-refundable. Vienna Full Libraries are non-refundable. No refund on registered iLocks. Returns on unopened software will be handled on a case by case basis.

Hardware
All audio hardware and gear has a 30 day return policy. There is no restock fee for returned audio hardware, but the customer is responsible for shipping both directions, even if original shipment was free. Returns must be in the complete and original packaging with all accessories and complete documentation (Owner's Manual, warranty card, quick start guides etc.), show no signs of wear or use, and include an RMA number or be subject to a restocking fee. Products like software, personal items (such as in-ear monitors, etc), and items which are not normally stocked ("Special Orders", discontinued products, close-outs, used products, etc.) are not returnable. We will assist in the warranty processing of any defective hardware for one year.

Canceled System Orders
Canceled systems that have not been built will receive a full refund. If the system has been built in to a case then a $50 dis-assembly fee may be charged. If a non standard item has been opened and used in the build we may not refund that item cost until sold.
